Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell me a bit more about the issue you're having? You can save changes with the keyboard shortcut ctrl+S. If you're looking for a Save as -feature, you can clone any form on your My Forms page using the More dropdown menu. Here's how you can find that button.
Try that and keep us updated about how it worked for you.
If you need any more help, reach out. -

Hi Carlos,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble saving your form. Just so that I'm sure I understand the issue correctly: are you looking to save the document on Jotform or to download it on a device? If you can send a screenshot of the issue, it'd be useful. You can find instructions for sending screenshots to the support forum here.
Keep us updated, and we'll work on a solution for you. -

Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Are you trying to retrieve a form? If it's a signed document, you can try to go to your Trash folder and retrieve it. Kindly check my screenshots below:
- From your my forms page, click the arrow sign to display more options as shown on the screenshot
- Click on the My sign document
- Then, click on the Trash folder at the left corner
- From the trash folder, you'll see all the deleted sign document and restore them.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Let us know if you need any more help.
