Jotform does not recognize my user name or password

    When I type in my user name and password, it says they don't match. When I try to change my password it says it has no accounts by that user name. Please help this is a big deal I need to update my sight. It worked last week. I have no clue, I'm quite sure I paid for a year.

    I checked and the account hayriverfarm is active and has the associated email w**a*m**@ha***verf**m.com. I made a request to reset the password. You will receive instructions on this email.
