How to Reset Submission Limit for a Form Each Month

I currently have a form that is set to disable upon a submission limit of 5. However, I will manually enable it the first of each month. when I did this, today, it remained disabled. How do I reset the Submission limit to 5 each month? Must I empty the Data Table?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking your form, it is still setup to disable on submission limit. You must remove the submissions in the Tables and try to enable the form again.
