Hello,
My organization has been using Jotform for many years. This year we have been experiencing the authentication code process. We have multiple workers on our account, and we were wondering if we can limit the authentication process.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you must now enter a verification code when logging in to your account. Unfortunately, Email Authentication cannot be disabled. It is triggered when our system detects multiple devices or locations have logged on to the same regular account, such as Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold Plans. These are for single-user plans, and sharing your login credentials is against our Terms.
If you need multiple users on an account, we encourage you to consider upgrading your account to Jotform Enterprise. Alternatively, you can use our Jotform's Collaboration feature to share your submissions with your team members.
