Cannot access account and reset password

    Hi;


    I am trying to access my jotform account where we have several QR code links and survey linked for our university students. I've tried the reset link however nothing ever comes through to my email - mhfa@csu.edu.au. Can someone assist me urgently please? All of the threads I am receiving to remedy don't actually work. They keep coming up with 404 error. Is there support I can actually phone? This is very stressful. We pay a lot of money or this service of which I am not getting very far.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Let me help you with it.

    Can you share with us the error message you are getting when you try to log into your Jotform account? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Also, when I checked the Jotform account mhfa@csu.edu.au, there are no forms created. Can you share with us the URL of the form created under that account? It seems that the forms are on another Jotform account and by using the URL we can locate which account has the forms.
