    Hello Jeff,

If I understand your question correctly, you want to send the submission emails to your email address after the form is submitted. Is that correct?

You will have to actually change the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

The following guide should help you add a new email alert in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

Can the form stay on my web site or does there have to be the link to redirect.

I am not sure if I have understood this question. Please be noted that once the form is submitted, it will always redirect to a different page to display thank you message. It is not possible to be on the same form after the submit button is clicked.

One possibility is to redirect users to the same form after the form is submitted by setting the Custom URL (thank you). The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else. Please create separate thread for different questions as we would like to keep one question per thread.

    Thank you!
