How can I show all the form information on my submissions and notifications?

I am trying to use JotForm for my Photography Client Contracts. I need to be able to keep a copy of the contract they sign, but my contracts can vary, so I need to know exactly what each contract says.

(also to provide them with a copy)

I understand how to set up notifications, but the only information you can see in the notifications are the fields the user fills out (name, address, signature, etc). This is also the only information available in the "submissions" section.

I want to be able to see ALL of the information: Name, address, price, liability waiver, terms and conditions, more terms and conditions, ALL TEXT ON THE FORM, signature...

    Is this possible?

Yes, it's possible to show all that additional text inside your email notification.

Your basic field answers should already be shown to collect reponses from tags within it including a related field question. So if you want more then to do that you will have to edit your email notification template then add any other extra bits of information you wish be seen in it so that this information shows it that way. Also, the form fields tag box on the right pulls your answers from fields on your jotform.

If you need more help then please provide us with the name or a link to the jotform you are trying to fix this on so that we can better assist you.

Lastly, you mentioned a secondary question about "(also to provide them with a copy)" so I have moved this to a new separate thread.

One other thing that I would like to point out is that you can additionally show all of this information with the gathered submission data via a pdf and that can be enabled to display all your text easily.

If you'd like to learn how to that as an alternative please see this guide below:
