Error when trying to clone a form

I am trying to clone a form:

However it is not working, its saying not found?

This is one of my forms and this is a second Jotform account I have created.

There seems to be a problem?

Hey Scott,

A restriction was placed on all forms created under the original forms' account. This restriction prevents persons from cloning a form that you have created. Please note the screen shot below on how to turn off the restriction in your account settings. 

Uncheck the box to allow cloning. I hope this helps. Feel free to request additional assistance.

As stated by seanmccthy it is necessary to uncheck the option "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users." under settings.

Not been on for a while, thanks for your reply.

OK so basically I have sold that website to a new business owner and naturally it is now too late to go back and untick that option. I need form just like it now, if I can't clone, when someone has time please could you help me make one like it or clone it for me as you will be able to that I was the owner of it.

Shadae, come on now give me a break. Take a look at that form, from scratch that took me like 10-15 questions to the forum and hours to figure out. Could you please help in some way to give me a headstart?

We are actually not allowed to clone it for privacy purposes. However, I re-created the form for you. I copied the fields as well as the style sheet or the design. Please check it.
