You would need to setup email templates with different languages in them.
Once you set them up, you can set which one is being sent through conditions.
1. set the email autoresponders: Creating a Form Autoresponder
2. set the conditions to send email based on a form selections: How to send to a specific email address based on a selection?
Now the only difference in the guide above is that we will set it up so that we can match the autoresponder template with the language.
Click on Conditions
Select the Send an e-mail after submission option and click on next
Now, we should select the language and the email template that should be sent:
You repeat that same for all the other languages on your jotform that you wish to send the email template to.

I already have something like that, using the rules. As you can see in the following image, the Question, field "Full Name" in in EN and I will change this form in next days. How can I setup an e-mail content in another language where the filed contents are automatically created from the translated form and not just EN??
Is this: the e-mail was automatically generated for me with the form contents in EN - can it also be automatically generated on the others languages like the one I have in PT?

Unfortunately there is not automatic translation for the notifications. You would need to manually set up a notification for each desired language in the manner that my colleague recommended. So for each entry in the Column on the left under "Question", you would need to manually translate each one. Then conditionally send one template or the other based on the language selected in your form.

Yes, as mentioned by my colleague David above, that is not possible at this time, but what I will do is that I will open a feature request to have this option added to the jotform.
This does not necessarily mean that it will be added, or that if decided to implement it would be done soon, but it is a first step towards making it possible.
