Links to individual submissions

Hello,

I want to be able to share specific submitted submissions to a few other people....is there a way I can get a links to individual submissions, that I can then share? ....or maybe you have another suggestion?

Hi Tom,

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. If you wish to share all the data there’s a really helpful video and some links to articles on how to do this here. However, if you want to share individual submissions (or submissions to different people), you have two options. The first one requires users to log in to their Jotform account and send you a request to access the submission. As soon as you grant them access, they’ll be able to see the submission data. The second method instead doesn’t require them to have a Jotform account, as you’re basically sending them the submission data as part of a normal email, manually triggered from your form submissions table or from your Jotform Inbox. Let’s see the first method:

1. Go to “View Data”

2.Copy the submission ID:

3. Append it to a link of: https://www.jotform.com/inboxsubmission/{submission ID}

Which using the above example would be: https://www.jotform.com/inbox/5463213332214077832https://www.jotform.com/inboxsubmission/5463213332214077832

Method 2:

1. Select the submission you want to share
2. Froms the popup menu that appears when you click on the three dots icon, select Forward, as shown below:

3. You’ll be able to specify the email address of the recipients, and, as soon as you click on the Send Email button, they’ll receive an email with the submission data included on the email message.

Hmmmm.....I actually want to give a few people (who do not have JotForm accts.) access to some individual selected submissions as a separate link they can click on to see each submission...is there a way to do that?

Or, is there a way to download a group of selected submissions as individual PDF's? Then I could put the PDF's in a google folder and give them the links or access to the folder that way.

Here's my end game: I have a jotform that I used for a course registration and I integrated it to a google sheet. The people who registered for this course are a subset of people who previously completed a full profile through another jotform. I want to add a column in the course registration google sheet and add a link for each person registered that when clicked shows the member profile submission. I would then give the instructors access to the google sheet with registration info along with their member profile info available.

Any help on how to do that would be greatly appreciated:)

Hello Tom,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to only share specific data in the submission table. Sharing the form table will allow the users to see all the submissions made to the form. I would suggest selecting the submissions you wanted to share and then downloading them as Excel or CSV.

After that, you can then share the extracted data with your users.
