Have you tried logging out and back in to your account? Also, I would recommend that you try clearing your browser's cache and using other web browsers. You can also try disabling plugins and extensions of your web browser, one of it might be blocking our website's javascript.

If the problem still persist, may I know if what specific browser and what operating system you are using, where you can't edit your forms?
