Error message: Could not connect to server.

    Client tried to fill out "Clone to Business Vision Statement"  and

    wrote to me because he

     

    "I just filled out all the fields and it said it could not connect to your server.  I was trying to do the 1/15 at 10 am est.  thanks "

     

    The server I think he meant was yours since the form is on your site.

    We do not have any issues with our server and none of our other users have reported this issue.

    The web page URL you have shared above does not seems to work. Please check the screenshot below:

    Have you shared the correct web page URL? Please share the correct domain name / web page URL and we will take a look. If it is correct than your domain seems to be actually down.

    Your form is working, I just send a couple of test submissions, and they went through. The URL where forms redirects after submission is the one that has problems. Try to load it:

    https://www.elevatingyourbusiness.com/b/BrightTALKGen.html

    There is no problem with your form, so please check that URL, meanwhile you might want to set the "Default Thank You page" back:

    Thank you for checking. I actually spoke to one person who said it was “the form”.

    As a suggestion…. Is there a way to “test” the url once we put it on the Thank You page? If not, I’d put that in as a suggestion.

    No the issue is not related to form but it is the "Custom URL (thank you page)" which is causing this issue. 

    As a suggestion…. Is there a way to “test” the url once we put it on the Thank You page? If not, I’d put that in as a suggestion.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question. Do you want to test the URL which you are adding as the custom thank you page URL? Well you can directly put that in your browser to see if that is working. Please check the screenshot below:

    Alternatively, you can submit your form which should redirect to the thank you page as well.
