Email notifications do not seem to be delivered.

    Thanks for the responses. Looks like we've got OTHER issues now!

    Not getting emails to christine@christine-ink.com

    Is this address on the bounce list again?

    i need to spend a whole DAY on figuring out Jotform glitches, it looks like. agh!

    Hello Gertie,

    Upon checking your email address christine@christine-ink.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: christine@christine-ink.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : hard-bounce

    I have now removed it from bounce list and it should be working fine now. I would suggest you to do a test submission and see if you are receiving emails now.

    Please be noted that you can yourself check remove your email address form the bounce list. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
