Not getting emails to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is this address on the bounce list again?

i need to spend a whole DAY on figuring out Jotform glitches, it looks like. agh!
Upon checking your email address email@example.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : hard-bounce
I have now removed it from bounce list and it should be working fine now. I would suggest you to do a test submission and see if you are receiving emails now.
