unable to reset password and login

    My account email address is a1agency@msn.com, but when I try and even send this form it says I already have an account and login, then I click on reset password and it brings me to the same thing, really we need help. Thank you.

    Good afternoon I'm a third-party rep for Sue. she is unable to login to the JotForm what she has been paying for for at least since 2017. We think part of problem is that Microsoft is not letting the emails come through, this is been going on for over a year already, but we never really thought of it until now and we have the JotForm on a bunch of different websites. We have already tried to go in and reset the password so we can see how many leads we have lost, but we are unsuccessful. we have Re: check your junk mail and nothing is happening. Please advise thank you, also if anything if it is a Microsoft problem we want to go ahead and reset the email address to come to our Gmail account which we know hundred percent it will work. also I just did a test, and when I filled out the form is a different user I received the response as if I was the user requesting information, but email account did not receive the actual request. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated

    Hello Sue,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you're not receiving the password reset request for your account that's registered with the email address a1agency@msn.com.

    I've checked our email log and I confirm that reset password emails are being sent out. There must be issues on receiving end. It is a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists and whitelist our common domain names here. Once this is done, go ahead and try requesting a new password again.

    Give it a try and keep us updated if you need any other help.
