I introduced my client to your program, but when I set up the account I used my name as the username and my email address. They love your program and have upgraded to the premium subscription.
I need to change the username and email address so that it is their information.
I see where to edit email address, how can I edit the username?

Please be noted that username can only be changed by JotForm staff.
Do get back to us with your desired username and if it is still available, we will change your account username.
