When viewing PDF file of submissions, the widgets responses get cut in un-clean manner. How to prevent it?

Asked by guineapigme on December 30, 2014 at 02:58 PM

My configurable list is being split between pages AND because of the way the pdf is being generated I am losing the 2nd entry - that is, the split isn't even clean.

Would like a way to prevent this from happening.

    Here's the original form:

PDF generated from submission view (which doesn't look great either)

    Hi Deborah,

I can see the jotform here: http://www.jotform.us/form/43600351273142 and I was able to find the submission that you have referred to: submission 295676165081767239

I can see how it gets cut at one point.

The only thing that I can think of would be to add some space on your jotform where the page break would be, causing it to fall on the next page instead, but as that would make the jotform not look as appealing to your visitors I will be opening a thread to our developers instead as they might know how to resolve this as well as to see if there is anything that we could do on our side to fix it.

    Best Regards,

We have recently solved submission PDF display issues. Please let us know if it still doesn't look good.

Also, I am happy to let you know that the new PDF designer is on its way.

    Kind regards
