Latest submissions not showing in google sheet

    Hi!

    We need help with this:

    When integrating the form with Google Sheets, astest submissions showing up dates from October 5th.

    I deleted every submission in jotform until December but when integrating again with Google Sheets it still shows the old ones and not the new ones.

    I think it's a bug or something like that, yesterday it was working correctly


    Please we need to resolver this ASAP as we cannot integrate all the orders we have.

    Hi Gerardo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Have you recently made changes to your form or sheet? I suggest that you try to remove the Google Sheet integration and try to add it again.

    • Go to your Form Builder and click on Settings in the main navigation bar.
    • Click on the Integrations on the left side menu and click on Google Sheets.
    • Click Remove integration.
    • Try to integrate Google Sheets on your form again.

    Can you give it another try and let us know how it goes?  If you run into the same problem again, please provide the Submission IDs of the submissions that are not showing on your Google sheet so we can manually push them on our end. You can follow this guide on Where to Find the Submission ID.

    Hi Angeli,

    When i download the form in Settings - Integrations - Create a new google sheets i have a problem and it only download me until 05-10-2022.

    Hello Angelie,

    Thanks for getting back to us and for providing the submission IDs. Can you please try to remove your integration then clear your form caches and then try to reintegrate again and see if will fix the issue? Please make sure to do this in order, remove integration, clear form caches, and reintegrate.

    The submissions not showing are those from 2022-10-05, more than 2000 ids

    We tryied everything we could think of but it's not working.

    If someone from technical could make a google meet with me so we can fix this, all the enterprise has stopped working, no orders can be delivered

    Hi Gerardo,

    Thanks for getting back to us with additional details. May I know if you already tried removing and adding back the integration suggested by my colleagues? Usually, you can receive the existing entries back to the sheet by removing the integration and adding it back right after. But, please make sure to check/enable the Send Existing Submissions to Sheet.

     If you're still having the same problem with the submissions, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution and we'll escalate this to our Back end Team.

    Not sure what you did, but I re integrated a new Google Sheet and I still don't see them.

    The results showing are from august to october, we already deleted those results in the form.

    The ones we need are still missing.

    Hello Carlo.

    Yes those are the ones missing.

    They do exist in the submission area but not in Spreadsheet.

    I even deleted the previous records from the Submission area and they still show in Spreadsheet.

    If it's possible I need to download the submissions from last week to this one so we can work until support solves the problem. It doesn't allow me to download all the columns, only to RI. Could you help me with this meantime?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I tried to pushed the missing data to your Google Sheet integration and it appears that there is not missing submission data. Can you check again and see if it is resolved?

    In the meantime, you might also want to consider downloading your submissions data as an Excel file directly in your Jotform Tables where you can also filter it by dates as you want to download submissions from last week. We have a guide about How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF that you can check out.

    Hello Ryan,

    I can see them now, however we usually reintegrate this once a week and I don't think the problem has been solved, I'm afraid we'll be having the same problem in a few days.

    As I mentioned before I am seing results from August, September, October, and November, which I deleted... We usually have to delete submissions for the form to google spreadsheet to work correctly as it is very big.

    Nevertheless thanks a lot for the patch, it allows us to be working right now.

    What can you tell me about what I mentioned?
