I have went to each form to change the email address but it continues to use the deafult address. How can I resolve this?Page URL:

You can specify the email recipient address when you create the form Email Notification (1), and when you edit the Email Notification (2).
Note, that the 'Test Email' button is being permanently attached to account email address. However, we do email real submissions to the specified recipients. It means that you can submit the form in browser to test the email delivery.

actually website to verify its going to the correct email it always defaults to
careers email address. I have verified that on each form the info is reflecting
the correct email it should go to. Can someone please assist me?

The "Test Email" button in the notifier settings is designed to only send an email to your account default email address. If you have a different recipient email in a form and want to see if this recipient will receive the form email, you will have to preview the form and do an actual submission.
