? about "Weekly Appointment Planner"

Dear customer support,

In the "Weekly Appointment Planner" widget used in my form

the count for 11:30 AM time slot keep showing 1 less than the # entered in widget.

i.e. it shows 4 openings instead of 5. and there's 0 submissions for this form.

Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried to check the form that you provided, however, it asks me for access. So I create a form and add a Weekly Appointment Planner widget and I was not able to replicate the issue.

Can you try to remove the widget and then add it again? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Annalize, removing the widget and re-adding it back fixed the issue. Thank you for the quick resolve.
