    I put cashapp on my form but when people try to submit it, the submit button will not show

    Hi Josie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results: 1675443486 63dd3d1eac35e  Screenshot 10

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Tried it again & it's not working. Will not let me scroll down. Once you click submit the next screen is the one that shows only half of it

    you have to put 1 item & then submit. it only is showing half the QR code. I've tried it on 3 different browsers

    all the items are set on zero have to actually put one item

    Hi Josie,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've gone ahead and cloned your form again. I've chosen one item for each product this time, and I could not reproduce the issue. Check the screenshot below:

    Just to let you know, I did not use the preview mode for this test, meaning the form and integration are working properly. Please test it without the Preview mode and see how it goes.

    Hi Josie,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. The form didn't submit and it is stuck to the "Please Wait" button. Check my screencast result:

    Please, try this remove the Payments Methods and Submit button, and test the form. After that, add the new Payment Methods and Submit field again, then test the form. If the issue still persists, please let us know.
