I've not been able to SAVE changes to this form and have those changes appear as an embedded form on our web site. The first image is the way the first set of sentences OLD form looked. From the words, "The mission..." to "Do not use the enter key."
The second image is the NEW form which I saved and copied the embedded script into our web site. You can see how the introduction paragraph is shorter than the one above.
But when I use the embedded script for the NEW form, the OLD form still pops up on the web site.
Can you help? Thanks.

I have compared the form and the link you provided to us and I found they are the same. Kindly give it a try and then check it after clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser. Also, I have cleared your form caches. let us know whether the issue still persists.

Hello Mahmoud,
The problem is that the actual downloaded PDF is the old form, even though what appears on the screen is the new form.
I just filled out the form using my name via the web site. It does look like the new form. But the downloaded PDF is the old form. I'm attaching two images of what the downloaded PDF looks like. Even the closing paragraph is not the new form.
So somehow, my changes do appear on the web site, but the completed form that arrives is the old form.
Ideas? Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your PDF it seems that you have 2 PDF tabs on the form. Please delete the incorrect PDF or if the correct PDF is the one named New Document 1 you can drag it to the left to make it the first tab this way the system will use the new PDF document. See below:
On your Form builder click on PDF Editor.
You will be routed to the following page. You can either click on the 3 dots to the PDF Form then click on delete:
Or you can drag the tab for New Document 1 so that it will be used as the PDF for your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
