Can I change Facebook tab named "Contact Us" to "Waiver"

    When I clicked embed and click on facebook page it added it to my facebook page but it named the tab "Contact Us" I would like it to be named "Waiver" is that possible?

    Upon checking your Facebook link, it seems that you have already changed the tab "Contact Us" to "Sign Waiver". Is this correct? Let us know if you need more assistance on this.
