If you are referring to notifications sent when a form has completed a submission, I believe the only limit that I know is the number of email recipients which is 30 for each setup form. Also, the limit on submissions that each subscription plan has, you can check our pricing page here. When you reach your submissions limit, you will unable to receive notifications and the form and account will be temporarily be unavailable, it will, however, be activated again when the limits are reset which is done every 1st day of the next month.
If you are referring to the number of submission replies, forwarding of submissions and Email tool on embed option, we have an hourly limit on that which is 2 emails/hour for Free account and 100 emails/hour for Paid account. This is to prevent spammers using our email feature to send spams using our servers.
