I am working with the International Trombone Association on their international competitions. We would like to know if the site would handle the high number of submissions in the latter days of the competitions registration. There are generally a very high number of people to submit the at the last moment. These people would be uploading files that total up to 10 MB per registrant. We expect at least 200 in the last 3 days alone.

Jotform is capable to handle such load, there are numerous big events that the forms created in JotForm were used in. We have load balancers that can handle thousands of submissions per second.
You can visit the following thread for more information on the high capacity load of JotForm.
Since you are expecting more than 100 submissions within 3 days it would be wise to upgrade before hand so that your forms will not be disabled. You can find a list of the quota limits available for every level of subscription:
Hope this helps, let us know if you have questions.
