Users are unable to type on the form

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are your referring to this form, 230197033652048? I tested it out and I can type on it as shown below:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
