I have a friend who sells cats on the internet and I designed and manage his website for him. He needs to receive the form submissions from his website because I do not manage that part. He is receiving notifications sometimes through his email but not all of the time. Today I looked at my forms and saw that he had a submission that he wasn't aware of. How can I ensure that he get's all of the submissions coming from the form I placed on his website?

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You seems to have configured it correctly and the submission emails should be sent successfully without any problem. This is strange that only few emails are not being received but rest of the emails is being received successfully. Please ask your user to check the spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. You can also ask him to add "email@example.com" in the contact and mark the received emails as not spam.
Alternatively, you can also use your own email address to send submission emails from your form. You should add Custom Sender Email in your account. The following guides should help you:
