Why Iam not receiving the forms on my registered email ID

    Hello mcim,

    Upon checking your form "Online Application Form 2015", I found that you have not added any email alert. That is the reason why you are not receiving any submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please go ahead and add an email alert in your form and that should solve your problem. The following guides should help you:
