I don't want a selection or input field to show up, I just want text to show up.
Like:
If Yes or Unsure, I want this text to display: Great, based on a revenue decline, you should qualify! Let's check on a couple other qualifications
If No, I want this text to display. OK, let's try another qualification. Please click Next.**

This question: Do you think you had a revenue (sales deposits) decrease in any quarter of 2020 or 2021 that was over 20%. For example, in Quarter 4 of 2019 your sales were 100,000, but in Quarter 1 of 2020 they were 80,000?

I know it can be done to answer a question, but I just want text to display.

Hi Filippo_Erica,
You can use the Show / Hide condition to hide all the fields on the form and show a hidden message displaying your message "Great, based on a revenue decline, you should qualify! Let's check on a couple other qualifications". Here is how.- Create the question
- Add the message below the questions via the paragraph field.
- Right-Click on the paragraph and select hide.
Then you need to add the condition:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
- Set the conditions as you see below:
- IF: This is the question that has the choice that the form submitter needs to select
- STATE: Is Equal To
- VALUE: Unsure (the first choice)
- DO: Show
- FIELD: The message you'd like to show.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
Jen
