Hi. I would like to cancel my account please.
I've tried to do that from the My Account page and it seems to be malfunctioning.
Could you please see that my account is set back to "free" status immediately so that I am not charged for another month.

Your account has been cancelled it is already scheduled to be downgraded to the Free subscription.
