Thank you for waiting, I appreciate it. Can you share with us more information about the difficulties you are having with updating the PDF file of the Jotform Sign Document?
As mentioned in the previous ticket, changing the PDF file of the created Jotform Sign Document is not possible that's why we raised a feature request ticket to our Developers to make this possible in the near future.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
