I use to have the ability to tap into my PC at work, my phone and my at home PC. Now every time i enter it ask me for another verification code which is very annoying. Before it did not have me do this. So yes, it is an additional minute to log in but at times that minute is very important. What can be done to resolve this?

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Rest, I'm here to help. Just to confirm, is this the Verification message you are referring to?

If so, this Authentication code you are receiving is not a Two-Step verification. Our security system initiated a verification code sent to the account email address for verification reasons after the automatic system discovered logins of the account from various devices/locations. This is done to ensure that the person trying to access the account is the account owner. Please keep in mind that sharing passwords is against our Terms of Use.

Currently, it is not possible to disable this setting. Since you are currently accessing your account from multiple locations or using a VPN, it will need email confirmation.

If this isn't what you're receiving, please send us a screenshot of the actual message so we can further check on this. This guide will show you how to do that.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

This makes sense. Question if i wanted to share my forms with another team member what is the cost to do so? Per Added team member?

    Please let me know.

    Thank you

    Hello Joe,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you explain a bit more about your question? Do you want to share edit access with another user? If so, you can use the form collaboration method. Please check out our guide about Understanding Form Collaboration. But if you want other members to copy your form. You can provide your colleague the direct link to your form then he/she could clone the form in their own Jotform account. Please check out our guide about How to Clone an Embedded Form from a Webpage.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can create a second account for mobile, and give collaboration rights to that account. That way you could make changes to your forms on the go without needing to log in. Using the Collaboration feature is really easy. Let me show you how:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and at the top-right side of the page, click on Add Collaborators.
    • In the window that opens, click on Copy Link.

Now, you'll be able to edit your form from another account, and you won't need to enter a verification code as your account won't need more than one login.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
