Product List: Unable to edit or delete product

I cloned a form and now I cannot change or delete the products. The title of the form is summer camp payment form 2023

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to delete the product on my cloned form. Check out the screencast below to see my result:
Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? I have cleared your form caches as a precaution to avoid any temporary cache issues. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thanks for the loom video. That made the issue much clearer. I also tried to replicate the issue on a cloned form but everything works as expected. Check out the screencast below:
As seen from the above screencast, I deleted two products and refreshed the page. The deleted products are no longer available. Can you confirm if you have cleared the cache on your browser as advised by my colleague? If so and the issue persists, please try to access your form using a different browser.

I cleared the cache and it still doesn't delete. I noticed that my products do not look like the ones in the screencast you sent. Yours say "sold out". Does that have anything to do with it?

Hello Makkah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry to know that you are still facing the same issue. Please note that the reason why it was showing the stock sold out because, in your Stock option the available prodct was 0 in number. So that is why, it was showing up out of stock. I cloned your form, and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly from my end. I was able to delete the product on my cloned form as well. Here is the screencast:
Now during my checking, I noted once I delete the item, it does not show up in the product list at all. Here is the screencast:
Have you considerered running, and checking this form in the Incognito Mode? If not then, please do that and check it out. Clearing your browser's data and then testing will be helpful as well to achieve the result. Here are the guides on how to clear the Chrome's browser’s cache. Here is the guide to clear your form caches manually.

I used it in microsoft edge and I am still having the same exact problem. The edits I make to the products do not save. As a matter of fact, when I delete using the gear icon, it does not even delete from the form like in your screencast. I have refreshed the cache.

I delete the product list and added it again. I also, cloned the form and tried deleting the items from the cloned form. I do not want to have to rebuild this entire form. It is working for you, can you just delete the items for me.

In the meantime, you might want to consider cloning your form and deleting the products in the cloned form. We have a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account that you can check out.
