I have been getting my forms correctly, however recently I have noticed an increase in forms coming from:
I'm not sure what this means, my email alert notifications are set up correctly, and my customers are also putting in valid email addresses. My form is located at:

I have checked your form, and everything in form settings about email, is correct.
I have cloned and made test submissions, none of them came from email@example.com
May you get emails from your different forms ? I have checked and some of your forms setup to send emails with firstname.lastname@example.org.
Could you be sure about the Form? (email subject, form details etc.)
