Hello there,
is there a way to map Jotform fields to ZOHO CRM without using Zapier?
I see this can be done but the issue I'm running into is the mapping for a dropdown with a multiple option selection when using integrations within Jotform.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. You can match your multiple-choice dropdown with Zoho CRM. But, when I checked out your form, I didn't see the multiple-choice dropdown menu in your form. First, let's set your dropdown menu as multiple-choice:
- In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon next to the Dropdown element.
- Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Multiple Selections section to ON.
Now, let's integrate Zoho CRM:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations and select Zoho CRM.
- Click the Authenticate button to link your Zoho CRM account.
- On the next screen, you’ll find the following first three sets of options, which you need to set up:
Zoho CRM Module — Jotform’s Zoho CRM integration does not support all Zoho CRM modules.
Zoho CRM Layout — If you never set this up, you’ll only see Standard.
Match your Zoho CRM fields to your Jotform fields — Click the Add New Field button to match the other fields.
- Make sure to click on Save.
We also have a guide about How to Integrate Jotform with Zoho CRM that you can check out.
