How to share access to approval workflow?

Trying to give a coworker access to the approval flow of one of our forms but it keeps telling him he doesn't have permission to access it even though I've added his email to the form approval flow. How do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm really sorry that this is happening. Can you provide us a screenshot where you gave your coworker access to the approval flow? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Additionally, if your coworker is seeing a 'You need permission' error, they need to create a Jotform account using their email so that they will be able to view it. Please note that they also need to be logged in to their Jotform account while opening the link so that they can access it.
