Is it possible to add a photo while registering and print registered information later on?

    Hi.

We are holding STS exam that is participated more than 10.000 students each year.

This year, we would like to use your system for registering each student. If you don't mind, I would like to ask some questions about it.

    - Is it possible to add a participant photo while registering at the same time?
    - Can we print the registered information with photo to give the participant after registering is over?

    - Is it possible to add a participant photo while registering at the same time?

Yes, simply add an upload field which is under Form Tools menu. Or you can choose any of the upload widgets http://widgets.jotform.com/search/upload

    - Can we print the registered information with photo to give the participant after registering is over?

Yes, that's also possible, you can generate a PDF link and include it in an autoresponder, so the participants can download it right away.
