Why my account didn't upgrade to premium?

    Dear Jotform,

    I had pay to upgrade my account to premium by Paypal. But I still see my account is free.

    Please check it ASAP.

    Can you please check my account! We upgraded to premium on August 19 however still showing "free" and our notifications have stopped.
