From what I understand you are trying to figure out which submissions are coming from the associated jotforms that you have across your various sites.

Two ways to do this are as follows...

#1 - You could look at the jotform's source code of the embedded jotform within your websites to find the form id then match it up to the form in your account by previewing them. You could then view the submissions in your account for that form to figure out which ones actually belong to it.

#2 - Another way would be if you labeled your jotforms properly and kept the same name for the subject line in the associated email notification that was generated with it. You could then your jotforms you created in your My Forms page to match them up and also match up your submissions.

If you still continue to have any issues or don't understand then just provide us with some of the links to the webpages you have your jotforms embedded on and we'll gladly help trace them for you.
