How do I configure my form to forward submissions to my email address?

I've seen several references to a 'setup and embed' tab, but I don't see it anywhere.  Perhaps that was part of an old layout version?  If so, how do I configure forwarding using the current version?  If not, how do I access this tab?  

I doubt it makes any difference, but I'm embedding JotForm using the Xara Web Designer app.

The top bar of the form editor has been updated, so you need to click on the "Emails" button to add/edit the email notifications you want to configure in your form.
