Upgrade: currency payment and starting time

    Hello,

     

    I just purchased the upgrade for $9,95 (I assume this is in US dollars), but was not given the amount this will be in my own currency, and instead was given a value of 19,73 BRL.  What is a BRL?  How are we supposed to know what this is if you don't inform dring the purchase process?

    Also, when does the upgrade starts?  Immediately?  Does it have a delay?

    Please let me know these info as soon as possible.
