After users submit the form and return to it, their answers are gone. How can I prevent this?

Hi! I'm using the forms as part of program materials in a training program.  I programmed "thank you" notes for each form, so that participants may see what they answered.  Here's the problem I'm encountering: When people navigate the program (i.e., go back) they can no longer see their responses.  I'd like those answers to become "stored" so that they can see what they responded.  That is not possible?

Of course I could create all materials in one form that would then be submitted by the participant and stored but - that's messy for my purposes (and would require that I then email to participants their responses later).

To see the problem I'm talking about, please go here: https://versal.com/c/xc1dng/the-meaningful-leader

    Thanks for your help!

Thank you Abajan.  One more question: Is there a way to disable receiving emails each time someone submits a form? Given the way I'm using this system, the constant emails would make me crazy :).
