Issues submitting the JotForm

    A few weeks ago, we submitted several requests to investigate why the submit button on our Conference Registration Form hangs on some of our form submissions. We have been clearing the cache constantly and we are still having this issue.  I know this has to be a significant issues due to the overwhelmind amount of support inquiries I see submitted on this issue.  Yes, the problem is intermittent, but we are estimating about 25% of the indivisuals attempting to submit are not going through.  I know this is very likely because of the high number of complaints on this issue that we are getting from our clients, as well as when I am having to CONSTANTLY TEST THE FORM, I am only getting submissions to go through about 25% from the same laptop.  And yes, I am clearing my cache as well.

    Only, we continue to try and change the background color back to white and we can't.  The background template was not grey in its original format.  We want the same template but in white.

    WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, AND I AM DEMANDING A NEXT LEVEL ESCALTION AND INVESTIGATION OF THIS FORM.  

    Somethin obviously is off with submissions.  Even the forum screen was blinking off and on.  Perhaps too many inquiries?

    Please advise and resolve TODAY.

    We'll definitely help you in resolving the issue. I've tried submitting the JotForm and was able to submit without any issue. I was also checking with your previous thread and checked the link through your website. However, I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Do you mean to say that 25% of submissions are received from the same laptop? Did you observe the issue is particular with any browser? Do you see any error message while submitting the JotForm? Since we are unable to replicate the issue, this information should help us in investigating the issue further.
