Is there a way to access my form on Facebook when used on Mobile/Tablet?

    The form is accessible on facebook only when when using a laptop/PC. Is there a way for it to appear while accessed from Mobile/Tablet. I do understand that my URL can be shared to have the form accessed on mobile/tablet but just wondering if it is possible to access from Facebook directly? Thanks
