I m trying to cancel my account but can't really achieve that ...? when i click on cancel i'm forwarded to a plimus page which doesn't accept my details ...
Could you please help me on that

If you are using your Jotform Account to login at Plimus it wouldn't work. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

In addition to that if you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.
If you are still unable to cancel the subscription let us know and we can cancel it for you.

I just went on to cancel your subscription for you. You will not get charged again. Your account is scheduled for downgrade to free subscription on Oct. 31, 2011.
