Notification emails not being sent

    One of my forms "everyday mindfulness" is not sending me notification 2. It has worked fine for many months amd i've checked that the notification email is still set up .

     

    cant understand why

    Hi Adrian,

    I found this jotform on the page that you have given a link to: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30163089620348

    Taking a look at it I found 2 emails set in email notifications, but neither one of them is in our bounce list.

    As you can see the emails sent over noreply@jotform.com are sent from our servers and did not result in a bad response. I see that you have sent the emails through SMTP setup to the other email and that at one time they even failed.

    In such cases I would suggest removing the SMTP setup and only use the noreply@jotform.com instead to make sure that the emails are sent through.

    Can you please tell us if you had the issue only with that second email ( I have censored it for privacy reasons) and if the issue is still there after setting the sender to our own noreply emails?
