Has this been addressed for you. I am having the same problem as well and posted about it, but support seems to be ignoring topic relating to 500 server error.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, we have not ignored anything, it is just that being January 1st, our staff availability has been limited the whole day.
This is now reported to Level2, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
