I want to ask about payment submissions. What does it mean ?
And If I have many submissions but not too much. Can I pay follow extra numbers of submissions that I got?

Thank you for posting your inquiry.
Payment submissions are submissions that uses a payment gateway in your form.
An example would be if you have a Paypal payment tool in your form and you're selling some products or subscriptions with it. When a form user fills up your form and a submission has been made, he will be pointed to the Paypal page for payment. When the payment has been made, 1 payment submission will be added to your counter.
If you wish to receive more than 1000 submissions, you will need to upgrade your account to Professional. You can learn more about the packages that we have on this link: http://www.jotform.com/pricing/
If you are looking for a package that's in between Premium and Professional. This has been asked a lot and our administrators are thinking over for a package for this already. But as of yet, we don't have a pricing package for that. You will be informed as soon as another pricing package is available.
