500 internal server error on live webform

    Dear Admin

    We have been running this page http://www.jotform.us/WIEFstartup/wiefstartup since two months and have been receiving start-up competition entries. Yesterday the page started giving 500 internal server error. We are two days away from our deadline and this reflects very poorly on us. I have already received 10 emails in this regard.

    Can you please get this sorted asap!

    We are very sorry about this. I have forwarded this problem to our level 2 engineers. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon

    The issue has been fixed - your form should work normally. 

    This was caused by a full hard disk on our end - please accept our apologies.

    I am continuously getting emails on this error since today is the last date
    of submission. Can you please solve this issue urgently

    Hi
    I am still receiving emails regarding this issue. And I personally tried
    submitting an application. The application went through (reached the inbox)
    but the confirmation page crashed and it said server not found. Can you
    please look into this urgently. This is leaving a very bad impression of
    our organization. Please don't make us regret using Jotform and not hosting
    this on our own server
