    Unable To Receive Email Notifications

    Autoreply mail will be send four times, instead of once, but notifivation email will not be sent at all

    Hi,

    I see that you have a couple of active forms. May I know which of them you are having problems with? Just to clarify, you are not receiving email notifications from your form? For the meantime, please do read the following guides on how to solve common email problems in your form, How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent Email Bouncing related Issues and Whitelisting JotMail's IP Addresses.

    using different email address for sender and recipient resolved the issue.
