Hi Paul,

From what I can see the upload field is working properly now.
There was an issue with this few hours back, but as soon as we had noticed this we have raised the issue to our developers and they had quickly resolved it.
I would still suggest checking this out by trying to fill out the jotform and submit it and do let us know in case there are any issues with this.
In case you are used to responding through email, I would advise to come to this thread instead as at the moment our maintenance team is working on a part of our system, which could lead to us not receiving your response sent over email.
